Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Vivio.

Free plan & pricing

Is the free plan time-limited?

Every module is available the moment you create your account, for free and with no time limit. The first 15 days also give you the Solo plan's Vivio AI quota (150 credits/month instead of 20), no credit card required. You then choose whether to move to a paid plan.

How much does Vivio cost?

Vivio is free forever for a single user, with every module included. To share with your household, three paid plans exist: Solo at €4.99/month (1 user), Duo at €8.99/month (2 users), and Family at €12.99/month (up to 5 members). The first 15 days give you the Solo plan's Vivio AI quota, no credit card required.

What happens after the first 15 days?

Nothing gets locked: your account stays active with every module, for free and with no time limit. Two things change: your Vivio AI quota drops from 150 back to 20 credits a month, and ads come back, as on any free account. A paid plan, from €4.99/month, restores the full quota and removes the ads.

How does the referral programme work?

If a friend invites you with their referral link, you both get 30 extra days at 150 Vivio AI credits and ad-free, 45 days in total. Your own referral link sits in your account settings: share it however you like, by message or by email.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fee, no commitment.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Vivio accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Payment is secure and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Features

What is Vivio?

Vivio is an all-in-one web app to centralise daily life organisation. It brings together 9 interconnected modules: Budget, Nutrition, Planning, Contacts, Grocery lists, To-do, Travel, Culture and Sport. Modules talk to each other, travel expenses sync to your budget, menus generate your grocery list, birthdays appear in your calendar.

Vivio vs Notion, Todoist or Google Keep — what is the difference?

Those tools are generic, and they do not talk to one another. Vivio is built specifically for personal and family life, with modules that interconnect natively. Nothing to set up: everything works from day one. A single app replaces 5 to 7 separate tools.

Does Vivio sync with Google Calendar?

Yes, both ways. Events you create, edit or delete in Vivio reach Google Calendar straight away. The other way round, your Google events join Vivio when you run the sync from the Planning page.

Can I use Vivio offline?

No. Vivio is a web app: an internet connection is required to use it, and offline mode is not on the roadmap today.

Can I customise the modules?

Yes, you can enable only the modules you need, customise budget categories, display preferences and many other settings. Vivio adapts to your lifestyle.

Family & sharing

What's the difference between Solo, Duo and Family?

Solo is designed for 1 user with all modules. Duo lets 2 people share planning, budget, lists, menus and recipes, and hand each other tasks inside a shared task group. Family extends this to up to 5 members, with the same shared space, a common view of how the household runs and three challenges to take on together each week.

Can a task be handed to a household member?

Yes, from Duo onwards, and inside a task group shared with your household: a task cannot be handed over from a personal group, nor to someone outside the household. That person gets a notification, the task appears in their list and they can complete it; only whoever wrote it can delete it. In a shared group, the list shows the whole household's tasks, and the ones that have been handed over carry the first name of the person they went to.

How does family sharing work?

Every member has their own account and reaches the shared spaces you define: a common calendar, a shared grocery list, the household budget. Sharing is granular, so you decide what each member can see and change.

Can I invite members after signing up?

Yes, you can invite members at any time from your settings. They receive an invitation link by email and join your family space within seconds.

Security & data

Is my data secure?

Vivio is hosted in Europe on GDPR-compliant servers. Your data never crosses European borders. Your connection is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are never stored in plain text, only a cryptographic hash.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export your data at any time from your settings. Vivio respects your right to data portability (GDPR article 20).

How do I submit a GDPR request?

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data from the GDPR request page on this site. Every request is handled within 30 days.

Mobile & access

Is Vivio available on mobile?

Vivio is a responsive web app, optimised for mobile, tablet and desktop. You open it in your browser and can drop a shortcut on your home screen to launch it in one tap. There is no app to install from the App Store or Play Store, and none is planned at this stage.

How many devices can I use Vivio on?

Vivio works on all your devices at once — computer, tablet, phone — with the same account. There is no device limit.
